R.A.I.N. Tea Taste Test at Infuse Cafe

Posted on Updated on

Infuse Cafe has exclusive rights to RAIN (Reverse Atmospheric Infusion) brewing system in Canada and are inviting Toronto Common to check it out!
Try this new tea brewing technology in comparison to hot water steeping with the same all fair trade, organic teas:
  • Peach Blossom – White tea infused with peach, tangerine, and aromatic blossoms
  • Moroccan Mint – Premium peppermint blended with floral-scented green tea
  • Vanilla Bean – Rich and malty black tea with a smooth vanilla finish
  • Turmeric Ginger – Enlivening blend of golden turmeric with spicy ginger and zesty citrus
Plus a choice of any beverage to enjoy during the event or take away.

Infuse Cafe combines quality, organic, fair trade ingredients with industry leading technology to produce a rich, flavourful experience.

With exclusive rights to RAIN technology (reverse atmospheric infusion), Infuse Cafe uses multiple vacuum cycles in the brewing process to remove trapped air in the organic material’s cellular structure to enhance the way soluble elements are extracted into the beverage. The result is a deeper, layered flavour.

Because this process extracts the best of its ingredients, it is essential to start with the best ingredients. Infuse uses only certified organic tea’s and coffee beans in their brewers, free of chemicals and genetic modifications. The ingredients are also minimally processed without artificial ingredients, preservatives or irradiations.

These processes preserve the natural flavour as well as the ecological harmony of the growing regions and promote biodiversity. In store, Infuse also does its part by using 100% biodegradable cups and straws.
