Toronto Common will be hosting an exclusive wine tasting event with H Bar once a month from September to November! This is the perfect opportunity for wine lovers and food enthusiasts to learn more about the different wine and food pairings. Each month there will be a new food and wine menu. Join us for our second event with October’s menu!
The menu for this event is as follows:
- 2013 Chardonnay Small Lot – Corn Puree, Seared Pork Belly with Pickled Fennel and Shallots
- 2014 Malivoire Red Blend – Pulled Root Beer-Braised Short Rib on a Sweet Potato and Whole Wheat Blini
- 2011 Pinot – Smoked Duck with Mushroom Bruschetta and Crosswind-Farm Chevre
- 2014 Musqué Spritz – Lavender Crème Brule with Candied Lemon Peel
H-Bar feels that keeping it close to home offers the best results when crafting what we consume. So we look in our own backyard for the most locally sourced ingredients.
